An informative, visual and dramatic workshop exploring the surprising and amazing contributions of Women Aviators in and throughout

World War II, from America and throughout Europe. 

 

Enemies and allies, these women showed heroism and tenacity, finding a place to serve their country in the realm of aviation.

 

Besides the facts and images, you will hear a first-person monologue from four remarkable women, remembering their experiences in the midst of and following WWII.

 

Presenter: Elsa Wolff of Morrison, Colorado.  Elsa has been involved in Colorado Humanities and the Chautauqua community since 2008.
